About the Actors
Suzanne Fulton
Suzanne is an actress from Manchester and student at Manchester School of Acting. Her film credits include features such as Mum Said and Goodwin Island. Her recent stage credits include Parallel Lives (Hope Mill Theatre, Oldham coliseum studio, Lowther Pavillion), Silent Cicada (Liverpool Playhouse studio), The Team (The Edge Theatre) and Snow White (Ellesmere Port Civic, Marine Hall Fleetwood). Suzanne also co-runs a stage and screen production company In Parallel through which she has co produced a short film, theatre tour and currently developing a musical. She is hugely passionate about telling stories and loves working in a variety of roles within the industry. Playing Abi has been a highlight of her career and a great privilege to play. She hopes all the viewers enjoy the film and is very grateful and honoured to be part of Derelict.

Michael “Mikey” Coombes
Michael “Mikey” Coombes is a British Filmmaker, Actor and Creative from a small town in Worcestershire called Malvern. Passionate about storytelling and visuals from a young age, Michael knew he wanted to be in the creative industry but it would not be until his teenage years where he would focus more on a Filmmaker’s path. During his time at university Michael met up with other Creatives (Jonathan Zaurin, Joe Nurse) and became one of the founding members of rural Film making group known as LBS Films. After graduating the group go on to make several more short films and be awarded with an array of nominations and awards at international festivals. In recent projects Michael has experimented with Acting opposed to his usual role from behind the camera. He will again be dabbling with performance in LBS Films first feature film. In collaboration with Solo Productions and written by TV Writer Keith Temple (Dr Who) the production titled Wyvern Hill, a super low budget indie horror set to start filming in fall of 2020.

Pete Bird
Pete Bird is an actor, writer and producer under Solo Productions. He is presently collaborating with LBS Films to produce their first feature film, Wyvern Hill (2021) written by Doctor Who writer, Keith Temple. He was born in 1984 in the small rural city of Hereford where, as a farmers son, had his first taste of acting in a school musical production of ‘Oliver’. At the age of 16 he discovered his love of theatre and decided to leave his agricultural life behind. He went on to study a BA (Hons) degree in Performing Arts and spent the beginning of his artistic career founding a theatre company where he continued to hone his skills as an actor, director, producer and writer. After several years of putting on theatrical productions he began to venture into screen acting more. Involving himself with short films such as the award winning ‘Dirt’ by Jonathan Zaurin. All the while establishing new adventures through Solo productions and writing feature film screenplays for potential projects ahead…

Dean Kilbey
Dean Kilbey is an experienced film and television actor With over 160 imdb credits From award winning lead roles in Feature films to High profile Tv appearances. Dean has an impressive acting and vocal range which ensures he is considered for a multitude of both dramatic and comedic roles.

Nick Cornwall
Nick Cornwall was born on 19 December. He graduated in 1996 from the University of Salford, with a Honors Bachelors of Arts degree in Visual Culture. In 2010, Nick earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGED) from the University of Bolton in Bolton, Manchester, England. An actor with multiple talents in the arts including sculpting and painting, Nick applied such skills which have enabled him to enjoy his freedom as a self-employed professional. He applies his artistic skill-set in companies including the Dragon International Studios–a construction company for film productions based in Llanharan, Wales. Nick made his screen debut in 2012. His credits include work in mainstream titles such as Da Vinci’s Demons (2013), Outlander (2014), King Arthur: Legend of the Sword (2017) and Absentia (2017).

Darren James King
Darren James King is an actor that is always looking to bring across a riveting and naturalistic performance – one that is believable to true life so audience can easily relate – he is a self confessed method actor who is limitless for the right role. He normally portrays dark and wild characters as that’s where he lays down his pain. He believes affecting the audience as much as possible, and making them feel Something, whether good or bad , right or wrong, is a job well done. As well as acting he also produces his own work. He Feels he’s knowledge in other areas of film have helped him understand the acting process in a deeper way.

Corinne Strickett
Derelict is Corinne’s sixth feature film. She has also featured in The Legend of Halloween Jack (North Bank Entertainment – 4D Digital Media and Sony Pictures). Other features include An Exercise in Listening directed by Yaara Sumeruk and The Girl with the Fork directed by Ignacio Maiso (Tractorni Productions). Corinne has also worked on a very large body of short films. She won an award for Best Performer in The Loft directed by Dom Grose (Grose Horror). She was nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the Artisan International Film Festival and winner of Best Ensemble Cast at the Golden Reel International Film Festival for Housewarming directed by Martin Lloyd. Corinne continues to collaborate with filmmakers and has built up a good network over the last six years. She is looking forward to a very fruitful 2024!

Joe Nurse
Joe has been involved with many of Jonathan Zaurin’s projects since their first meeting on a short filmmaking course in 2015. Most notably, Joe played Baby Gerald in the short film Santa Baby (2019), before taking on the role of Assistant Director on Wyvern Hill, aka Hollow (2021) which was his first feature film project with Jonathan. Derelict sees Joe back in front of the camera in his first serious acting role, as James.

Ben Manning
Ben has appeared in several films including Ship of the Damned (2024), Dear Hangman (2022), Wyvern Hill (2021), Special Couple (2019), and Cleavers (2019). His TV appearances include the Netflix series Cursed (2020) and The Alienist (2018). He also wrote & directed My Constant Shadow (2023) and produced The Snarling (2018) and two upcoming films The Last Twitch and The Broken Arrow.

Ayvianna Snow
Ayvianna is an actress best known for her work in the horror genre. She has appeared in almost 60 films, including White Colour Black which was selected for the 2017 BFI London Film Festival and was nominated for two British Independent Film Awards. LOLA screened at Locarno, Edinburgh and Dublin Film Festivals in 2023; it is the first Irish film to win the Melies D’Or at Sitges Film Festival, and the Melies d’Argent at Trieste Film Festival. It was one of the most watched films on BFI Player in 2023. She played the witch Velma in How To Kill Monsters, which screened at FrightFest and won Best Feature at Dead Northern and FilmQuest. In 2021, she appeared opposite horror legend Tony Todd in The Lockdown Hauntings, and as the main antagonist in British-Indian co-production The House on the Cliff. She has worked twice with Creativ Studios, appearing in period pieces Ripper’s Revenge and Wrath of Dracula. In 2024, she will appear in Andy Edwards’ Punch, Sean Cronin’s Bogieville and Michael Fausti’s Burnt Flowers.
